The B Firm PR, founded in 2012 by 2 sisters; Ms. Erica Dias & Mrs. Ashley Jernigan. The B Firm PR provides experienced, Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management and Brand Management services to our clients in both the public and private sector.
Our mission is to provide creative breakthroughs for individuals, brands and corporations alike through strategic communication campaigns that educate, build relationships, extend reach and increase visibility. Our experiential arm designs customer experiences that enhance the consumer’s relationship with the brand.

Erica Dias, native of Richmond ,CA., is the co-founder of the B Firm PR a serial entrepreneur, public speaker, and author.
Although her first love and passion is fashion, Erica has a extensive resume as a Wardrobe Stylist and has worked on commercials as a Wardrobe Stylist for; Comcast, Doritos , TIVO and Macy’s, along with hit TV shows on networks like BET and Vh1. Erica decided to grow in other arenas and expand her brand to the publicity sector.
With 8 + years representing fashion & beauty brands, athletes, and clients in the entertainment industry, she knows the ins and outs of what it takes to develop a brand to the next level in all aspects.
With features in Huffington Post, Jezebel Magazine, Black Enterprise and more, Dias recently added author to her list of titles, as author of Faith It Until You Make It. A coffee table book full of inspirational quotes that are bound to give you the pick me up that you need. The book is currently available on all major platforms (Barnes & Noble, Books A Million, AMAZON) and was listed as a #1 seller on Amazon. ASHLEY JERNIGAN
CO-FOUNDER
Ashley Jernigan is emphatic when it comes to planning events. It all began in high school where her organizational skills were quickly noticed by classmates and she was nominated as spokesperson and overseer of all senior events, including rallies, trips, dances and even graduation. She continued her love for the industry and obtained a BA in Public Relations from Alabama State University where she was President of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) and PR Manager for ASU’s Theater Arts Department.
Ashley received her MBA from Georgia State University in 2013. She has been in the PR industry for over 8 years holding titles such as Member Relations Director, Private Events Director and her current new titles of wife and mother, along with being a serial entrepreneur and owner of JDB Hospitality.
